Higginsville Municipal Court is held on the second Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m. It is located at 1922 Main in the upstairs of the City Hall.
No food, drinks, cellular phones or hats are allowed. It is expected that each person appearing before the Judge will wear appropriate clothes. It is also suggested that small children not be brought into the courtroom.
