All inspections must be called for, with the site address and permit number. New construction, new additions, new remodels, and any other work requiring a permit, also
must have a Final Inspection, to assure the work is completed to code compliance.
After Electric Service has been inspected and approved, many people forget that they still need a Final Inspection. When that has been performed, then a Certificate of Occupancy, or a Certificate of Substantial Completion will be issued, depending on the nature of the work permitted.

- Ground work plumbing and electrical
- Framing
- Electrical rough-in
- Plumbing rough-in
- Mechanical rough-in
- Insulation
- Final
- Finish materials and fire rating of doors, smoke detectors, fire alarms, etc.
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Mechanical
- Landscaping
- Public works items, sidewalks, driveways, curbing, storm sewers, etc.
Framing, electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in and mechanical rough-in can be inspected at the same time or separately.
NO OCCUPANCY WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT A FINAL INSPECTION AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
