The City of Higginsville City Hall’s primary responsibilities are record keeping, billing of City services, collection of revenue, and accounting duties. During non-working hours, calls are automatically answered by the Higginsville Central Dispatch Center.
For customer convenience, a drive-up window and a night deposit are available at the rear of City Hall and customers also have the option of an automatic deduction. City Hall would be happy to assist you with any inquiries that you may have concerning our services.
