Building Code Board of Appeals

 Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Building Code Board of Appeals is to hear an appeal from an owner of a building or the contractor of a decision of the Building Official refusing to grant a modification of the provisions of the family of International Building Codes and National Electric Code or it is alleged there is error in any order, requirements, decision, or determination made by the Building Official.
